It will also enable Ceylon Collection to invoice you and contact you, where necessary, concerning your use of the Site. Ceylon Collection will also use and analyse the information it collects so that it can administer, support, improve and develop our business.
In particular, Ceylon Collection may contact you for your views on the Site and also to notify you about changes or developments to the Site and services. If you have consented, we may also use your information in order to advise you about other products and services which we offer.

Prices
All prices stated are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax). All prices listed on the Site exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be charged separately on an order. All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice and all payments will be processed upon the completion of the User’s order and must be received in full prior to dispatch of Products.
Credit Card Transactions
At Ceylon Collection you can shop with confidence. We use the latest encryption technology, digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and authentication to ensure that your personal information is secure online. We never store your credit card information. They are discarded after the transaction. We take the most extreme precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and offline.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will refund 100% of the purchase price including shipping for any item which is not as described, faulty or damaged on arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
