Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary shipping within New Zealand and Australia.
Delivery times are calculated from the time payment is received and your order has been completed in our shop:

  • In Stock items can be ready to dispatch in as little as 1 – 3 working days.
  • Custom orders will take approximately 3 – 6 weeks to complete (for more information contact  info@ceyloncollection.co.nz ).

All items will be sent via courier and are fully insured until they arrive at your door, at which time a signature will be required to complete delivery.

Typical shipping costs are as follows, but may vary depending on weight of item(s) ordered:

New Zealand
  • Free Standard Shipping Tracked: 1 – 3 working days
Australia

FedEx International Priority: 2 – 6 working days, NZD$50.00

Standard shipping timeframes and details are as follows:

New Zealand

• Your order will be sent via national courier
• Delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days (but may vary for rural areas).
• Package will require a signature upon delivery.

Australia

• Your order will be sent via an international courier (FedEx)
• Delivery time is approximately 2-6 days.
• Package will require signature upon delivery.

Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will refund 100% of the purchase price including shipping for any item which is not as described, faulty or damaged on arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and documentation.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@ceyloncollection.co.nz . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not issue refunds for change of mind.

We will not issue refunds for gems which have been damaged during the process of being set in to jewellery.
 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
