We ship all our parcels through New Zealand Post and FedEx. Your order is packed safely and insured until it reaches you.

Ceylon Collection ships within New Zealand and Australia. Please visit our shipping policy page for helpful informaton or do contact us should you require any further clarification.

• Should you wish to pay by bank transfer – this is also possible, you would just need to get in touch with us and we will make arrangements accordingly.

For security reasons & insurance purposes, we do not ship to PO Boxes at present.

Once you place an order with us, we will provide a tracking number to you so you can track your parcel.

All the gemstones we offer are 100% natural (No synthetic or lab created stones), they are well saturated in color, have an excellent cut and 100% eye clean, without any inclusions clear to the naked eye. In simple terms, the gemstones are of the highest grade/quality and are handpicked based on their colour, facets, brilliance, and lustre.

Our gemstones are handpicked and are untreated or treated only by trade-accepted practices of heating handled by professional lapidarists. We disclose whether a gemstone is heated or unheated on our product page. All our gemstones come with quality guaranteed certification.

We source our gemstones mainly from Sri Lanka. Also, from Africa and other Asian countries. All our gemstones are sourced from miners, small scale businesses with ethical working conditions, fair wage and responsible practices.
