Custom cut stones can only be handled by professional lapidarists. It is a process that takes a lot of time and intricate work. For custom cutting of gemstones, a lapidarist would have to cut a gemstone one at a time in order to obtain an excellent grading. Each custom cut jewel would get a specific facet design to bring out its natural beauty.
